2. Services
We provide bespoke travel itinerary creation for clients seeking personalised travel experiences to Thailand. Our services include the creation of travel itineraries, recommendations, and guidance based on client preferences.
3. Payment Terms
All Services are charged at a flat fee per package.
Full payment is required upfront before we begin working on your itinerary.
Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer. Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order.
4. Delivery and Timeline
Upon receipt of full payment and necessary information from you, we will deliver your personalised travel itinerary to the email address provided within 5 working days.
We strive to meet this timeline but may be subject to delays if additional information is needed from you.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced on your itinerary.
If cancellation occurs before any work has started, we may provide a partial refund, minus a 20% administration fee to cover initial processing.
If you decide to cancel after the itinerary has been delivered, no refund will be provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All work produced, including itineraries, recommendations, and any related materials, is for your personal use only.
You have the right to use the itinerary as you see fit for your trip, but you may not resell, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express permission.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and timely information to us for the creation of your itinerary.
Failure to provide essential information may affect the final deliverables and delay the completion of your itinerary.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any issues, damages, or losses arising from the use of your itinerary or any bookings made based on the recommendations.
All bookings and final travel decisions are made and finalised by you, and we do not bear responsibility for any changes, cancellations, or issues related to these bookings.
9. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and guarantee that all personal information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of creating your itinerary.
We will not share or disclose any personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve matters amicably and through communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter will be resolved through mediation, or if necessary, through legal action under the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal actions or proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the relevant courts in the UK.
